The ownership and the overall management of EADS are vested in a Board of Directors, which is concerned with the company's long range objectives, policies and strategies. The Chairman and CEO along with Managing Director deals with policy matters, establish and maintain communications with government functionalies and other relevant agencies/partners.They also supervise the day-to-day function of the organization. An organizational chart of EADS is shown below. EADS also maintains an advisory panel consisting of qualified and experienced experts some of whom are also working as senior consultants.
